  • Towing or enforcement actions due to user error
  • Facility closures beyond our control

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed:

The greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; such limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOOKPARKINGNOW and its affiliates from any claims arising from:
